| A perfect Scottish autumn Sunday morning, and Fife AC did well to find such a flat stretch of road for this great little out and back fitness sharpener. With not many 5k road races around, this was a good opportunity to try out the distance. The thought of the tea and cakes waiting in the village hall also probably helped the runners to focus on those fast feet drills ! |
