This wrap up of the UK and Scottish 100K Championships along with the annual Home Countries International Anglo Celtic Plate certainly gave the North Inch Sunday morning strollers something to mull over ! .... but never mind that, these long distance guys are a great inspiration to keep on running when the going gets tough . ....
